New Methods started off the year with their album, Where We Go To Burn and is back to close off the year with a new promoāfeaturing two new singles, 'Curse Of Ascension' and āAbsolute Continuanceā. Having dealt with a loss of a loved one this year, the band focuses on a theme of anger and existence and on the track, āCurse of Ascensionā, while directly contrasting on the second track, āAbsolute Continuanceā, where adrenaline and confidence are found in order to move forward in life.
This time around, New Methods finds themselves back with longtime producer, Phillip Odom, and continues to push their metal-leaning hardcore sound with heavy/metallic solos and harder vocals. The band and Odom have crafted the next vision for New Methods and weāre excited to see what is to come.
